Over the last few years we have taken time to study why the things we study in school is far different from what we face in real life. We found out that academics (school work) take care of basically the professional aspect of our career life. What then happens to all the other aspects of our lives; Family life, Social life, financial life, Spiritual Life, Leisure life, etc? This question led us to the fact that self development is a crucial factor in our lives if we aim to become outstanding in life.
That we are youths doesn’t guarantee us a great tomorrow, we must make it happen! That we are graduates alone doesn’t make us employable, we must make ourselves employable! That someone is employed doesn’t guarantee the person job security, the person must be a high impact employee! How can all these be achieved? Through Self-development of course which is the sole purpose of THE MAPLE INSTITUTE, a product of MAPEMOND RESOURCES.

THE MAPLE INSTITUTE (TMI) – Inspiring you to greatness!
§ Journey to Greatness (JTG)
This features sessions on; personal development, building your character, shaping your destiny, money management, social responsibility, success strategies, time management, etc.
§ Personal effectiveness (PEC)
This features sessions on; creativity, goals setting, communication skills, capacity building, effective job hunting, performance management etc.
§ Young entrepreneurs (YEC)
This deals on how young entrepreneurs can; work on their business ideas, know what kind of business to choose, start their business, and know how to run them to become success oriented ventures.
§ Young Workers workshop (YOW)
This is a refresher course for young workers to help them become high impact employees. The course features sessions such as: Be more productive, Give your job the best, Conflict resolution, being ideas-oriented, Respect confidentiality, deal with procrastination, etc.
Our sessions are a blend of an interactive lecture, in-session exercises, and take-home exercises. The exercises have been structured in such a way that you get to mark yours by yourself. Also, to help boost your confidence you are required to share your answers alongside your views with the broader group!
